GHO's new Design Studio has more than 3,000 sq. ft. of showroom space with a host of flooring, cabinetry and bath­room options.    Standard features in all GHO homes are the rounded corners on all interior walls, 8-foot in­terior doors, tile in all living areas except the bedrooms and den, and granite or quartz coun­tertops in the kitchens.    "In addition to building in our communities, we build semi-custom homes for individuals on their lot which brings our home selection op­tions from the $200s to over the $800s," says MacLees.    Recently, GHO broke into the top 200 list at 195 when "Builder Magazine" ranked the top 200 builders, "a huge accomplishment for a local builder as this list is comprised mostly of nation­al and regional builders," said MacLees.    As GHO Homes builds in only three counties, it was an honour for them to also receive the 2014 Fastest Growing Private Homebuilder 100- 200 award from "Builder Magazine," she said.
