Register Your Clients
To register your clients, complete and submit the online registration form, or print, complete and email to sales@ghohomes.com or bring with you to visit our sales offices.
Fast Pay Commissions
Get paid fast on new home sales with GHO Homes. Receive 50% of the commission at contract when the following conditions are meet:
- Hard Contract with no contingencies
- All Deposits paid and cleared
- Financing commitment or proof of funds, in a cash purchase, are received.
Year-to-Close Program
On most of our new homes, GHO Homes will delay the obligation to close on your clients new home for up to ONE FULL YEAR from the contract date. The benefit to your clients are:
- Today’s base price on the home of their choice, typically avoiding 2 or more price increases and having a good chance for built-in equity at the time of closing.
- Choose your unique home site now and take it off the market while it is still available.
- Time to plan their move, retirement, sale of their existing home, etc, with the peace of mind that comes with knowing when your new home will be ready. This program is not available in every community or on spec/inventory or model home purchases. Download the Flyer.
