GHO Homes has a long history of adapting our home designs to suit the needs of our customers. This extends to the location of these new homes as well. GHO has built homes all over Indian River, St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties on lots selected and owned by our customers. Our “on your lot” program provides customers our award winning, “Tailor Made Homes” in locations outside of our communities and on home sites that offer the customer the ultimate new home. We have 2 basic series of homes and specifications we offer depending on budget and size of home desired; our Grande Series and Luxury Series. The process of adapting a home design to “your lot” may involve very little modifications or significant material, elevation and even structural modifications. We treat each project as a stand-alone custom home and work to identify any possible issues modify plans and specs as needed to meet these conditions and ultimately build the home showing respect for the existing neighbors and community.

We would prefer to be brought into the process with our customers before they have committed to a specific lot, so we can provide advice on soil testing, utilities, access issues, size of home and design considerations and other factors that may significantly effect the price and over all project. We have developed checklists and have contacts that allow us to provide this assistance quickly and generally with little or no cost initially.
